Andrew Keogh
Andrew has delivered products across the gas and electricity value chain since 1998. Following work for a major supplier, during which he managed projects in everything from embedded generation to gas regulation, he ran the Operations Centre of an independent commodity risk management consultancy, responsible for over €3 billion of energy spend across over 20 European markets. More recently, he has led product development and delivery for software providers and market entrants using technology and data services to leverage competitive advantage.

Liz Kelf
Liz is a multi-versed Energy Professional with 14+ years of Utility Experience, working across a number of supplier, distribution and metering organisations and with an in-depth understanding of the energy sector. Liz is also a proven leader in operational, technical and customer facing capacities.
Liz has great passion for supporting up and coming suppliers looking to understand and navigate the industry. Her prior experience in training and induction delivery has also enabled her to support development of staff and train out new processes.
Phil Russell
Phil has more than 20 years experience in the gas & electricity trading and retail sector. He was involved at the start of liberalisation in creating the processes and defining the systems required to facilitate new entrants and deliver competition.
He has worked for small independent generators and suppliers and for large vertically integrated energy companies. His specialist areas are Domestic & Industrial Pricing systems, Demand Forecasting, Contract Notification & Credit and Settlement
James Evans
James has over 15 years’ experience in the UK energy industry, having worked for energy suppliers (Ecotricity, British Energy, Just Energy) and software vendors (Utiligroup, Ensek, EDW) and is now an independent consultant specialising in regulation, compliance, market entry, industry processes and settlements.
James is a member of PAB & SVG and has worked closely with Ofgem and BEIS on policy & compliance matters, most recently supporting the design of the target operating model for market-wide HH settlement. He has supported new market entrants with licence applications, qualification and smart metering readiness with CIO audit, DCC User Accreditation.
